An independent report helps put the buyers’ minds at ease. It gives them the confidence that they know what they are getting into before investing in something as valuable as a house, unit or commercial property. We are qualified to provide a Vendor inspection and report which gives an overview of the property in relation to properties of similar age and construction.
We inspect all types of properties such as domestic, commercial and industrial properties.
Our comprehensive reporting is based on the Australian Standard 4349.1 and 3-2007 and includes areas such as the building interior, building exterior, roof interior, roof exterior, sub floor, the site and standard services.
The vendor then has the opportunity to address any issues, before the property goes to market, and we can update the report accordingly before the report is presented to prospective buyers.
