We offer 5 stages of inspection:
We can inspect each stage individually, however, we do offer a discount if all the stages are booked together and paid in advance.
We liaise directly with your Project Manager to organise each appointment and keep up to date when all the inspections need to be carried out.
Additionally, Sydney Building Reports can provide a final Defects Report at the end of your defect liability period which is usually about 90 days depending on your building contract. The cost of this report depends on whether we have carried out the initial inspections or not.
