Sydney Building Reports building inspectors are fully qualified with over 40 years experience in the building industry. They have extensive knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and the many Australian Standards associated with the building and construction industry. The reports include photographs where appropriate and we use the latest technology to assist with the accurate technical outcome, such as boroscope, moisture meter and laser level.
We create Expert Reports for building matters and can act for either the builder or owner of the property. Our opinions are fully independent and we abide by the Code of Conduct set by the court or tribunal (NCAT).
